Boat Etiquette Class

Are these questions you have? Many new or even experienced divers are unsure of how to best enjoy boat diving on vacations. So whether you’re a rookie diver or a seasoned pro, it’s good to know the do’s and don’ts of boat diving etiquette.

We will work with you at our pool to practice entry styles, gear packing, boat etiquette, dive boxes, where to sit, safety gear, and more.

So get ready to enjoy your next boat diving adventure with our help.

This course is open to:

• Divers at least 10 years old.
• Certified Open Water Diver.
• Able to either answer “No” to all questions on the standard Medical History form or secure a physician’s approval prior to the start of class.

Where and when is this course offered?We conduct this class during our scheduled pool sessions at Sun Prairie High School pool. Your options would be Saturday 4:30p until 7:00p or Sunday 8:30a until 10:30a. Click here to see upcoming dates for choosing the boat etiquette class.

How much does it cost?

The program includes all the equipment for scuba diving. You’ll need a swimsuit and towel for the pool. If you get cold easily, you’ll want to bring a wet suit, t-shirt, or sweatshirt for the pool. In addition, we teach all of our courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the personal attention that you deserve. The boat etiquette program is $50.00.
